Medical Services Coordinator

Job Overview:
As a highly skilled and compassionate professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support in a dynamic medical environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively within a team. Experience in understanding case management practices is beneficial but not essential.
The successful candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality services to clients, coordinate with consultants, and maintain accurate records. A positive attitude, strong prioritization skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality business services to clients
- Liaise with clients to implement agreed services
- Assist in preparation of medical files and reports
- Provide administrative support to consultants and clients
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work independently and within a group environment
- Strong prioritization skills
- Experience in case management practices (beneficial but not essential)
