Are you passionate about civil construction?

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as a Civil Construction Trainee.

This role offers the opportunity to work with various hosts, gaining valuable knowledge and expertise in civil construction. You will be guided through all aspects of the industry, developing your skills and building a strong network for your career.

As part of this traineeship, you will also complete offsite studies at a partnering Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ensuring you gain all the necessary qualifications to become a highly sought-after civil construction professional.

Duties may include:

  • Assisting experienced civil professionals in various tasks and projects.
  • Operating machinery such as rollers, excavators, and pit and pipe equipment.
  • Formwork and roads maintenance.
  • Working on infrastructure projects.
  • Relevant labour work.

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
  • Genuine passion for the civil industry and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Must have an OHS White Card and a valid driver's license.
