
Change and Communication Specialist

Role Summary:
The Manager Change & Communications role is pivotal in leading the development and delivery of strategic change and communication practices across a service organization. This position is responsible for enabling successful project execution, uplifting change maturity, and protecting customer experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver robust change and communication strategies that support successful project and program outcomes.
- Lead the development of a service organization's change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change and comms maturity.
- Develop and lead strategic and operational communications aligned to our organizational north star.
- Support delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams.
- Own and optimize a service organization's SharePoint and manage critical incident communications.
- Embed a customer-obsessed, high-performance culture across the team, supporting talent, development, and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience (5+ years), with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced change management capability, with experience applying methodologies in large-scale customer-facing environments.
- Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders.
- Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams.
- Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms (e.g. SharePoint).
