Job Description

Marsupial Landscape Management is a leading provider of commercial landscape management services in Australia, with over 37 years of experience.

This position plays a pivotal role in the organization's success by overseeing the daily operations of the team and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and empower their team members, and have a deep understanding of horticultural maintenance practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small team of Ground Persons on various projects
  • Identifying and managing pests and diseases
  • Performing hedging and weeding tasks
  • Operating, maintaining, and caring for machinery

The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have prior experience in leading highly engaged teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A valid white card
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience leading a team and implementing effective project management strategies
