**Support Service Provider**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Service Provider to join our team in Gosford. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for NDIS participants, families, and Support Coordinators who are seeking information about us or have chosen us to provide services under an NDIS plan.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality support services to individuals with disability, mental health concerns, those who are aged, people at risk of homelessness, humanitarian entrants, youth, and Indigenous Australians. You will work in a permanent part-time position with rotating shifts to deliver community-based support funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires you to be punctual, friendly, outgoing, non-judgmental, flexible, persistent, empathetic, practical, balanced, compassionate, and warm. You will work closely with customers, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders to develop and maintain professional relationships and networks.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An appropriate certificate level qualification in Disability or Community Services, or equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry;
  • A valid NSW Drivers C class licence, with the ability to drive vehicles in licence class, including large cars and vans;
  • The capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted;
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, other common systems;
  • Possession of passion, respect, and integrity.
