Industrial Electrical Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced industrial electrician to lead our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and systems.
  • Diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical issues with machinery.
  • Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
  • Read and interpret electrical plans and schematics.
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure quality procedures.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent qualification.
  • A-Grade Electrical Licence.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in industrial electrical work.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and automation.
  • Experience with PLCs and variable speed drives preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work safely under pressure and varying conditions.
  • Working / Liaising with Builders and working through jobs autonomously.
  • Working / Liaising with customers daily.
  • Taking charge of apprentices to coach and develop.
  • Motivated and excellent work ethic essential.
  • Ability to work additional / overtime hours as required.
  • Trade qualified and hold a current Electrical licence.
  • Tools of the trade required.
  • Applicants must have a current Construction White Card.
  • Drivers licence (Manual required).
  • Proven experience as a qualified electrician.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual.
  • Experience in residential work desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Confident in project management roles.
  • Current eligible visa to work in Australia required.
