Our ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Community Services or other relevant qualification, and experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care.

Your Role

  • Deliver compassionate, client-centred support within a trauma-informed framework
  • Provide social engagement, mentoring, transportation and supervision to young people in our care

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Diploma in Community Services or other relevant qualification
  • Experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care
  • Resilience, patience and a sense of humour
  • Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekend and sleep over shifts
