You will be responsible for providing social engagement, mentoring, transportation and supervision to the young people in our care.
Our ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Community Services or other relevant qualification, and experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care.

Your Role
- Deliver compassionate, client-centred support within a trauma-informed framework
- Provide social engagement, mentoring, transportation and supervision to young people in our care
- Implement clinically guided support plans and work closely with caseworkers, therapeutic providers and clinical staff
What You Need To Be Successful
- Diploma in Community Services or other relevant qualification
- Experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care
- Resilience, patience and a sense of humour
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekend and sleep over shifts
