About the JobThis is an opportunity to work closely with caseworkers, therapeutic providers, and clinical staff to provide social engagement, mentoring, transportation, and supervision to young people in care.
- Implementing clinically guided support plans is a key responsibility of this position.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Community Services or other relevant qualification
- Experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care
- Resilience, patience, and a sense of humour
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekend and sleep over shifts
