About the Job

This is an opportunity to work closely with caseworkers, therapeutic providers, and clinical staff to provide social engagement, mentoring, transportation, and supervision to young people in care.

  • Implementing clinically guided support plans is a key responsibility of this position.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Community Services or other relevant qualification
  • Experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care
  • Resilience, patience, and a sense of humour
  • Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekend and sleep over shifts
