Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training, education, and IT, with experience in delivering technical training sessions to IT technicians.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of our IT technicians. This includes creating engaging learning experiences, using various delivery methods such as presentations, discussions, labs, and simulations.

The role also involves applying classroom management techniques to reinforce learning and encourage learners to ask questions. Additionally, the candidate will participate in hands-on lab activities and provide course content feedback to the broader Learning Team.

Our ideal candidate will embody our company culture and values, and possess exceptional written and interpersonal skills. They will also have certifications such as Comp TIA CTT+, ITIL, Prince, Lean Six Sigma, CCNA, MCSE, NET+ and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferable).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in training, education, IT, cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies;
  • OR equivalent experience.
