Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Picker & Packer to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our distribution centre, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of products across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Utilize pick technology (hand scanners, voice picking units) to efficiently select and pack products
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a similar environment (distribution centre, warehouse, back-of-house stock area)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Experience using pick technology or willingness to learn
