Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Liaison: Welcome patients, manage correspondence and schedule appointments.

  • Liaise with hospitals, specialists and allied health professionals.
  • Support doctors, coordinate with nurses and assist allied health staff in delivering patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated empathy and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in a hospital or day hospital setting is desirable.
  • Ability to use multiple software systems and proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Medicare, DVA and Private Health Insurance.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
