Nurse - Cancer Care

We are seeking experienced nurses to join our team at GenesisCare, a leading provider of cancer care services. As a nurse with GenesisCare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring patients' physical and psychological needs are met.
- Undertake direct patient care, including education, wound management, and medication administration as per best practice guidelines.
- Effectively manage patients' cases, facilitating effective communication with doctors, patient services, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accurate documentation, communication, and actioning of patient interactions.
- Maintain procedures, protocols, practices, and clinical guidelines aligned with best practice oncology nursing standards.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience (preferred).
- Background in oncology nursing (not essential); training provided.
- Exemplary interpersonal communication skills with empathy for all patients and their carers.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to applying best practice principles and quality improvement.
