Job Description
At Southern Cross Care WA, we are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Germanus Kent House in Broome. As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care for our residents and clients in the community.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and directing the delivery of client-focused care delivered by staff. You will assess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly, develop individual care plans in consultation with clients and significant others, and comply with all relevant legislation and policies.
About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate individual who can work well in both a team environment and independently. You should possess great interpersonal and communication skills and be able to apply your clinical knowledge to any given situation to achieve quality client outcomes.
Responsibilities
