About The Role And Where You Will Be WorkingOur team is committed to providing person-centered care that exceeds expectations. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading small clinical teams, supervising staff, and developing individual care plans in consultation with clients and their significant others.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Supervise and direct the delivery of care services delivered by staff members
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health needs and document results accurately
- Collaborate with clients and their loved ones to develop personalized care plans
- Adhere to all relevant legislation, policies, and organizational values
- Ensure seamless service delivery through effective communication and teamwork
We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Registered Nurse who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A valid AHPRA registration is essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
