The Opportunity
Hitachi Construction Machinery is expanding its service department and is looking for a skilled Field Service Fitter to join our Perth team.
As a Field Service Fitter, you will be responsible for providing quality customer outcomes through diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs on Hitachi earthmoving equipment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have a strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Be able to strengthen relationships with a positive attitude and a forward-thinking approach.
- Have the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and navigate complex technical issues with minimal rework.
- Hold a minimum Certificate III in a Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- Have experience in heavy diesel mechanics and field service with OEM equipment experience, with BELL Equipment diagnosis being highly beneficial.
- Be customer-focused and able to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively.
