About The Role

This is a new and exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership and drive the growth and success of Opteon Group's Residential Development Division in Victoria.

You will work closely with the National Director and other State Directors to implement and deliver the regional strategy, focusing on managing valuation operations and achieving operational and service excellence.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely outcomes of business priorities.

By leveraging Opteon Group's strong reputation, exceptional team of experienced valuers, and long-standing relationships, you will continuously improve and innovate our Residential Development service to further expand our market share.

About You

You will need:

  • A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) and/or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • Solid experience in Residential Development valuations
  • The ability to build and lead a high-performing team
  • Business development skills, with experience on panels highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
