Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the key liaison between our organization and our customers in the NSW region. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert technical guidance and support to our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our cutting-edge solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' specific needs. You will also be responsible for training and commissioning our clients on our products, as well as providing ongoing technical support and leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and make a real impact in the lives of our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in electronic security systems, with at least 5 years of experience
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of networked IT environments and electrical concepts
  • Project management and/or security systems installation experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
