This role will be the go-to expert for all things Gallagher, bringing our technology to life through solution design, training, commissioning, and technical leadership. You will help partners unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Value Through Technical Enablement: Support BDMs with system design, tenders, and pre-sales opportunities.
  • Deliver Hands-On Support: Provide expert technical guidance across training, system migrations, commissioning, audits, and upgrades.
  • Promote Gallagher's High-Security Systems: Help bring our world-class solutions into Government and Corporate spaces.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Work across product, sales, support, R&D, and partners to deliver seamless outcomes.
  • Champion Technical Best Practice: Maintain technical records, implement standards, and provide feedback that shapes our innovation pipeline.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong ability to work in a close team environment
  • 5+ years of experience in electronic security systems
  • Project management and/or security systems installation experience
  • Deep understanding of networked IT environments
  • Understanding of electrical concepts and systems
  • Tender response and preparation knowledge
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and collaborative skills
