As a casual/Part time staff member, you will provide active support to people with disabilities, developing their independence and friendships.

Support clients to participate in activities based on their hobbies, interests, and goals set within their NDIS support plans.

Respect clients' culture, privacy, and dignity at all times.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Available to be rostered for flexible hours/shifts, including weekend rosters
  • Experience working in Disability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written case notes
  • Current Australian driver's license
  • Record of a National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
  • NDIS check (required)
  • WWCC (required)
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one

Desired qualifications include relevant certifications in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, Allied Health, Mental Health, or Nursing.
