This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team in a newly created role that will see you playing a key part in expanding non-supplier brands within a leading retail destination.

You will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, building and securing innovative media solutions, and implementing strategies to improve the sell-through of production-heavy channels. Additionally, you will take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring efficient campaign execution and maintaining client satisfaction.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and convert new business opportunities within retail media.
  • Build Media Solutions: Develop innovative media solutions that bring brands to life within our retail destination.
  • Deliver Campaigns: Take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery.
  • Improve Sell-Through: Implement strategies to improve the sell-through of production-heavy channels.
  • Support Supplier Relationships: Support the development of preferred supplier relationships for logistics and execution of retail media campaigns.
  • Media Strategy: Contribute to media inventory and packaging strategy reviews and optimizations.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum 3 years of experience in media sales, retail marketing, shopping centre, or category/partnership roles within luxury, retail, or media/experiential agencies. You should be able to work effectively in fast-paced environments, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage client relationships with excellence.

  • Media Planning: Strong understanding of media planning, inventory, and commercialization strategies.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop compelling media plans that embody brand attributes.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools for pipeline management and campaign performance tracking.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, confident in presentations to diverse audiences.
