Project Lead

We are seeking a Project Lead to lead complex projects that deliver safe, efficient, and compliant support.

  • The successful candidate will manage resources, timelines, safety processes, and customer relationships with confidence and expertise.
  • They will ensure projects are delivered efficiently and safely by coordinating teams, tracking progress, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • This role requires a strong skillset in project planning and coordination, managing customer expectations, and producing clear technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery across shutdowns and major works—supervising field teams and service technicians on-site.
  • Drive project performance—track schedules, manage budgets, and ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Champion safety & compliance—implement HSE procedures aligned with our Safety Management Plan.
  • Communicate with impact—coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to meet demands and exceed expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement—identify and action process improvements across service support.
  • Lead and develop your team—coach team members and provide on-the-job training to upskill future leaders.

Requirements:

  • A relevant trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitting).
  • Proven experience in leading teams within technical or service environments.
  • Strong customer relationship management experience.
  • A safety-first mindset with a deep understanding of risk and compliance management.
