Job Description

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects that deliver safe, efficient, and compliant support to our mining division and valued customers.

You will ensure seamless shutdowns, major works, and strategic field service operations by coordinating teams, tracking progress, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

  • Lead project delivery across shutdowns and major works—supervising field teams and service technicians on-site.
  • Drive project performance—track schedules, manage resources, and ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Champion safety & compliance—implement HSE procedures aligned with company Safety Management Plan.
  • Communicate effectively—coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to meet demands and exceed expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A relevant trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitting) is required. Proven experience in leading teams within technical or service environments is essential. Strong customer relationship management skills are also necessary.

  • A Certificate IV in Project Management and/or Diploma in Project Management would be highly regarded.
  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management is desirable.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as S123 Mining Supervisor certification would be an advantage.
