This role involves leading discussions with SMEs and other business stakeholders on opportunities for functional and process improvements, ensuring the solution design utilises standard SuccessFactors functionality effectively, and contributing to the development of product documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage, lead and coach the Functional team to enable effective gathering of business requirements, design workshops, and playbacks.
  • Lead discussions with SMEs and other business stakeholders on opportunities for both functional and process improvements aligning to the transformation agenda.
  • Contribute to the development of product documentation, including enhancement verification documents and configuration rationale.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent consulting skills, including leading large-scale workshops and liaising confidently with senior executives. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
