ClearCompany seeks an IT solutions architect to spearhead the design and implementation of innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  2. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance business capabilities.
  3. Lead the development of technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions into business operations.
  5. Analyse and optimise existing systems to improve performance and reduce costs.
  6. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure system reliability.
  7. Provide training and support to users on new systems and technologies.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  9. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and ensure effective stakeholder management.
  10. Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver customised IT solutions.
  11. Advocate for the use of industry-standard tools and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality.
  12. Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT/IS.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, and full-stack software development.
  4. Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI.
  5. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  6. Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  7. Logical approach to problem-solving.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
  9. Business awareness.
  10. Presentation skills.
  11. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  12. Ability to analyse, create, and improve functional and technical solutions.
