The job will involve leading and supporting a portfolio of projects, specifically in the road, rail, and transmission sector. This includes guiding large-scale transport corridors from concept to consent, developing Environmental Impact Statements, and working closely with technical experts to ensure robust, integrated project outcomes.The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in environmental planning and approvals, with a track record in transport infrastructure. They should have demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and driving high-quality outcomes for clients and communities.The successful candidate will also have expertise in Queensland's environmental assessment frameworks and planning legislation, as well as the ability to navigate evolving statutory environments. They will be able to manage project lifecycles, coordinate stakeholders, and resolve challenges efficiently.We are seeking someone who is passionate about developing talent, sharing knowledge, and fostering a collaborative, ambitious team culture. Experience in business development and work-winning is also highly valued.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a portfolio of projects in the road, rail, and transmission sector

Required Skills and Qualifications:
