Job Title: Senior Construction Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our early project phases, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional client experiences.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the pre-construction process including planning, estimating, programming and client liaison. They will coordinate with design, estimating, and project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

  • Lead the pre-construction process from tender through to project commencement.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless handover to delivery teams.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive value and innovation.
  • Manage documentation and approvals to ensure timely completion of projects.
Your Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in a construction or project management role within commercial fit-outs or construction new build.
  • A strong understanding of contract models and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional communication, organisation and leadership skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
