Senior Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Project Lead to oversee high-end residential projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of custom construction processes and regulatory frameworks, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project schedules and milestones, coordinating with consultants and trades.
- Interpret architectural drawings and implement cost control strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage resources and subcontractors, maintaining on-site quality control and compliance with regulations.
- Establish clear communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, proactively resolving issues to mitigate risks.
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in high-end residential project management, demonstrating leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with the Mornington Peninsula region and local suppliers.
- Possession of a passion for delivering sustainable and architecturally iconic residential projects.
