Caregiver Position Available

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting tasks.
- Prepare meals for clients as instructed by their care plan.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing to the Registered Nurse.
- Accurately document services provided using the Visual Care app.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have:
- Minimum 1 year of community nursing experience (in home care assistance).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Certificate III in Aged Care.
- Police Check.
- Working with Children Check (mandatory).
- NDIS Screening check (mandatory).
- Driver's licence and own car with comprehensive car insurance (mandatory).
