Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to provide essential care and support to clients in their homes.

This role involves providing personal care, meal assistance, shopping, domestic, and social support to clients. It also includes monitoring and communicating any changes to client welfare and needs, acknowledging and documenting accurate and relevant information, building rapport and developing relationships with clients and families, and creating a warm and caring environment for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Skilled and compassionate in care
  • Certificate III Community / Aged Care or Student Nurse 2nd year
  • CPR & First Aid certificate
  • Computer literacy
  • Current Police check
