Role Description:

As a psychotherapist, you will work with a diverse caseload of paediatric and adult clients. Your role involves delivering strength-based services, including evidence-based therapies and wellbeing interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored services to meet client needs.
  • Engage clients using strengths-based approaches and risk minimisation processes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic client care.
  • Participate in supervision, professional development activities, program development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor (or above) degree in Psychotherapy/Psychology/Counselling.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • ACA or PACFA Registration required.
  • Working with children check.
  • NDIS worker screener check.
  • First aid certification and CPR skills.
  • Current Professional Liability insurance.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time role based at Frankston, Mornington, and Dromana Hub locations. You must be prepared to work out of two hubs but also travel to all locations as required.
