Therapist Role

We are seeking an experienced Therapist to perform initial assessments and work therapeutically with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial assessments to determine best programs and assist clients in establishing goals.
  • Work therapeutically with clients to reintegrate into the community, including counselling and therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and facilitate group programs for behaviour change.
  • Train and educate new staff members on therapeutic practices.
  • Write comprehensive reports for ongoing support within the client network.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications as a Psychologist or Social Worker.
  • Experience in therapy or counseling ideally in a correctional setting.
  • Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) highly desirable.
