Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Strategist to collaborate with our team and deliver innovative cloud solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage business and technical risks, applying governance principles and adapting methodologies.
  • Prioritize competing demands, identifying key areas of impact for our customers.
  • Develop and apply expertise in business, technical, industry, and enterprise knowledge to drive architecture and support projects forward.
Key Accountabilities
  • Design and implement solutions aligned with our company's methodologies, ensuring best practices are followed for customer operational readiness.
  • Leverage change management expertise to help customers deploy solutions for long-term adoption.
  • Guide customers/partners towards well-architected solutions with minimal guidance from more experienced peers.
Tech Leadership
  • Analyze market insights and demand signals to inform up-skilling and accreditation efforts for more experienced peers.
  • Demonstrate technical readiness, aligning with solution area priorities and corporate initiatives.
Partner Specialization
  • Support partners in developing offerings, practices, products, and solutions.
  • Assist partners throughout initial customer implementations.
  • Drive growth of the solution utilization pipeline by addressing technical blockers in customer deals.
Customer Centricity
  • Foster efficient delivery and seamless customer experiences through focused partnership.
  • BUILD relationships with TDMs and contribute to bridging the gap between TDMs and BDMs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, along with 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
