Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team environment. They should also have intermediate computer skills and be able to make sound decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer enquiries in relation to after sales for both internal and external customers by arranging repairs or replacement under warranty.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Be able to make sound decisions.
- Have strong communication and organisational skills.
- Be able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Have intermediate computer skills.
- Have demonstrated strong customer service skills.
