Job Role
  • Co-facilitate groups with men who have caused harm, helping them develop healthier attitudes and relationships.

Working collaboratively with the Family Violence team, you will support women and children affected by domestic violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems.

For this role, we require a degree or diploma in Social Work or a related field. You must also have experience in facilitating Men's Behaviour Change Programs (MBCP).

Essential Skills
  • Strong understanding of family violence frameworks and risk assessment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
