Housekeeping Support Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a key support staff member. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager with assigning rooms for cleaning and checking them to an extremely high standard after they have been cleaned.
  • Perform daily tasks within the Housekeeping Department, maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Able to work within a flexible rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings and public holidays.
  • Motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
  • Immaculate presentation and strong work ethic.
  • Possess a positive can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
