About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader who can motivate, inspire and develop frontline staff to meet sales targets, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to monitor and track performance through data analysis and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that our centre remains the preferred choice for leisure activities.
  • Meet new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, working closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide exceptional guest service in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming enquiries, providing accurate and relevant information to prospective members, and promoting the benefits of membership.
  • Assist in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing initiatives, developing and implementing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Conduct tours of the centre as necessary, ensuring that prospective members have a comprehensive understanding of our facilities and services.
  • Set rosters in line with business needs, ensuring that the centre is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Attend and participate in centre senior leadership meetings and projects, contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Compile and present monthly reports, highlighting key metrics and trends to inform future decision-making.
