Job Overview

The role of Strategic Supply Chain Leader will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of snacking globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of material and supply planners, ensuring mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for assigned facilities in line with approved business strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for review and approval
  • Lead and develop a team of planners to meet customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to deliver category objectives
  • Deliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules and long-range plans using system tools
  • Support improvements in planning to enhance customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Comprehensive supply chain experience with strong business acumen in FMCG/CPG environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience driving supply review and participating in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles, with knowledge of leading practice supply planning concepts

This role requires a strong technical background, combined with exceptional people leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience within a local manufacturing environment and be able to effectively manage competing priorities in a transforming landscape.
