Finance Business Partner Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join Aequalis Consulting (Finance & Accounting) within the healthcare industry. This key role offers the opportunity to drive financial strategy and provide expert guidance across various business units, supporting the delivery of essential healthcare services.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping financial policies and directing fiscal operations to ensure the organization's financial health and operational efficiency. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insight and analysis that support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and aligning financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and refine financial models and performance metrics to monitor and report on financial status and progress.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Act as a key advisor on all financial matters, influencing long-term strategies and tactical initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in financial management and business partnering.
  • Proven track record in the healthcare sector or related industries, with a deep understanding of the financial operations and regulations affecting healthcare.
  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with advanced proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with and influencing senior management.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate future financial challenges and opportunities.
