Project Delivery Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project delivery lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects that embed a One Defence People System.

The role involves leading small cross-functional teams, working collaboratively with stakeholders across Defence, and executing projects that drive business outcomes. You will have a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and enjoy critical thinking and collaborating to solve complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize work, sequence deliverables, and perform risk management responsibilities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in program management, change management design, business process improvement, information systems, or the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program.
  • Display Defence and Leadership Behaviours.
