Senior Recruitment and Workforce Services Director

At our organization, we seek a strategic leader to spearhead recruitment and workforce services. This role is responsible for overseeing the employment of staff, development of employment programs, onboarding procedures, executive services, and workforce reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team in the delivery of recruitment, employment programs, onboarding, executive services, and workforce reporting initiatives.
- Implement the Human Capital Management system SuccessFactors for efficient recruitment, onboarding, and workforce reporting processes.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in leading recruitment and workforce functions within a government or public sector environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to recognize opportunities for continuous improvement and provide strategic recruitment, reporting, and workforce advice.
- Capacity to lead a high-performing team that efficiently manages competing priorities and deadlines, generates tailored business solutions while prioritizing clients' needs.
- Able to develop individual capabilities and team performance, and work collaboratively across multiple functions and disciplines.
