Role Overview

The Behaviour Support Practitioner will play a key role in shaping and upholding best practice standards across services. This individual will be responsible for mentoring and supporting fellow practitioners, providing expert guidance, and ensuring quality outcomes that improve lives in the community.

">About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Practice Advisor. As part of this role, you will deliver direct clinical services to your own caseload, support the team through co-working, undertake clinical intake appointments, and review complex reports and plans. You will also collaborate with the National Clinical Lead and Leadership Team to guide strategic objectives across client care, operations, marketing, and business growth.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and professional development for Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Delivering evidence-based services via an independent caseload while guiding practice and ensuring quality outcomes
  • Assisting with recruitment, staff development, and induction programs
  • Evaluating assessment/intervention tools
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, restrictive practices legislation, and internal policies
  • Delivering and reviewing complex Behaviour Support Plans
  • Collaborating with clinical and operational leaders
  • Contributing to national clinical projects
  • Supporting performance reviews, scheduling, and documentation
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
