Leadership Opportunity in Speech Pathology
">This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced speech pathologist to combine hands-on clinical practice with genuine leadership influence. As a deputy allied health manager, you will maintain a manageable caseload while supporting and guiding a team of passionate clinicians.
Main Responsibilities:">- Maintain a small, achievable caseload using evidence-based practice
- Directly manage a small group of clinicians while also supporting the wider team
- Take the lead on projects and contribute to service development, compliance standards, and quality improvements
- Mentor less experienced clinicians and oversee student placements
- Tertiary qualifications in speech pathology and current professional registration
- At least 5 years' clinical experience, ideally with some leadership exposure
- Strong organisational and operational mindset (quality improvement, scheduling, risk management)
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys the balance of hands-on practice and meaningful leadership.
