Transform Contaminated Land Management in Queensland

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist to join our team based in Brisbane. The successful candidate will take the lead on contaminated land investigations, site remediation, and environmental risk strategy.

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of contaminated land projects, contributing to the growth and development of the business.

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight on complex investigations, ensuring robust and high-quality outcomes.

  • Support professional growth by encouraging and guiding colleagues at all levels, fostering a culture of shared learning and technical confidence.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders through clear, open communication, building positive relationships with clients, auditors, regulators, and internal teams.

What You'll Need:

  • A strong working knowledge of QLD and national legislation (EP Act, NEPM).
  • 15-20+ years of experience in contaminated land consulting in Australia.
  • Excellent writing, reporting, and client communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to complex sites.
  • A desire to lead, mentor, and grow your technical influence in the industry.
