About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Analyst to join our team at Goodman Fielder. As a key member of our SAP team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our business users, ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP SDLE system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide SAP SD/LE support to Goodman Fielder and Wilmar Sugar business units, enabling the smooth running of day-to-day business applications.
  • Manage small to medium functional or technical changes, including requirements gathering, specification writing, and system integration testing.
  • Provide BAU support to the business, resolving urgent and non-urgent tickets.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business users, identifying improvements to reduce repetitive tickets.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of documentation and improve user know-how where required.

About You:

  • Proven experience working with SAP SD/LE, with a strong understanding of pricing, rebates, and sales order processing.
  • Tertiary qualification in an SAP and IT-related discipline, with industry qualification from SAP highly regarded.
  • Experience with the WM module in SAP is highly desirable, as is familiarity with SAP financials.
