About The Role

A leading organisation is seeking a skilled SAP Support Analyst to provide expert assistance for all SAP-related queries. This role requires a professional with a broad understanding of SAP modules, excellent communication skills, and a calm approach to troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discovery activities, identify and address issues, and assist in closing any gaps.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise application landscape, including business processes and system functionalities, to promptly address knowledge gaps and support project activities and end users.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the region.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users, addressing queries related to processes, procedures, and applications once the discovery phase is complete.
  • Escalate any process gaps or issues to SMEs and process owners for resolution.
  • Actively engage in the change management process for local modifications and regression testing of changes transitioning into the enterprise application landscape.
  • Transition from the Project Yawa ERP Level 1 Support Team for the enterprise application landscape during the Hypercare phase to operational activities post-project completion.
  • Offer support to all regions involved in the landscape during regular support hours, coordinating with North American colleagues for support outside these hours in Australia.

About You

  • The desire to become a permanent employee
  • Must have experience in SAP S/4 HANA application support.
  • MUST HAVE SAP functional modules in Production Planning, Quality Management, and Warehouse Management
  • Experience with supplementary SAP systems, including Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • A track record of managing offshore Level 1 support teams.
  • Familiarity with support desk ticketing systems like 4Me or Jira.
  • Strong capabilities in creating and managing SAP user accounts and roles.
