We are currently seeking an experienced Coordinator to oversee Business Category operations.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on millions of lives and see your accomplishments in action.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage administrative tasks for category reviews, supplier partnerships, and customer/stores queries.
- Support end-to-end promotional planning, including forecasting, execution, and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on key category projects and marketing initiatives for promotional activities.
- Manage miscellaneous category administration projects as needed.
- Respond to category-related inquiries from customers, suppliers, and stores.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in customer service and administration, a commercial mindset, and the ability to think critically.
You will possess:
- A keen eye for detail and ability to comprehend data.
- A proactive nature that drives you to excel and achieve results.
- High attention to detail in all tasks.
- The ability to support the team in the smooth administration of categories.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
