Senior Category Coordinator

This exciting opportunity is available for a highly skilled Senior Category Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Melbourne.
The role will provide the chance to elevate your career and work collaboratively with an experienced category management team. As a Senior Category Coordinator, you will deliver critical administrative support and have the opportunity to build your skills while demonstrating your commercial acumen, customer service skills, and presentation abilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing category SKUs and vendors in ERP systems
- Coordinating promotional calendars to optimize sales and product offerings
- Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting for categories to inform business decisions
- Supporting assortment reviews and maintaining accurate SKU data
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role or retail environment, preferably with knowledge of category trends and products
- Strong Microsoft suite skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel
- Experience with POS and ERP software (highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
