
Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administration Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with shift supervisors and team leaders to ensure timely procurement of consumables.
- Verify and check invoices, resolve disputes with suppliers.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial and operational activities.
- Collaborate with Accounts to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices for processing.
- Manage regular stores' picking and delivery schedules, communicate changes around public holidays.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Release daily store orders in WMS in line with the picking and delivery schedule.
- Liaise with 3PL providers regarding inbound shipments and process related invoices.
- Coordinate 3PL deliveries to stores, serve as the point of contact for related queries.
- Assist with the onboarding and induction of new staff.
- Provide analytical capabilities and analysis for logistics management to improve decision-making.
- Solicit quotes from multiple suppliers.
- Manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate safety meetings, hazard and incident reporting, ensure timely allocation and completion of safety items.
- Provide backup support for various Supply Chain functions including Inbound, Outbound, Online, Inventory, transport, and pallet control.
- Maintain and update accurate information and documentation.
As a key member of our team, you will also contribute to identifying areas of improvement and establishing innovative or adjusting existing work procedures and practices in consultation with other leaders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
