  • This role involves providing compliance advice to business units, reviewing marketing materials and customer communications, managing incidents, and contributing to reporting.
  • The individual will act as a compliance subject matter expert (SME) providing advice to the business units, responding to ad-hoc requests, and supporting business projects with regulatory obligations and customer experience in mind.
  • The SME will review promotional, marketing materials and customer communications for compliance ensuring that they meet all relevant laws and industry standards.
  • Incidents will be assessed for compliance with regulatory obligations including consumer credit and privacy requirements.
  • The SME will contribute to the preparation of reporting to senior management and other stakeholders.

About You

">
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to provide commercial compliance advice influencing decision-making at all levels.
  • Strong Financial Services regulatory knowledge with understanding of relevant laws and industry standards including consumer credit and privacy.
  • Experience preparing internal and external reporting is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality work are necessary.
  • Five years' experience providing compliance advice on regulatory frameworks for financial services firms including reviewing marketing and customer communications and managing compliance incidents.
