Job Description:

The Junior Compliance Officer will play a key role in embedding our Compliance Management Programme across the business and supporting its ongoing development.

This role will report to our Head of Compliance & Privacy, working closely with Compliance and Legal colleagues to deliver a fully joined-up and collaborative approach to supporting the business's regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Advising internal stakeholders on regulatory obligations (mainly relating to data privacy, financial services regulation, and corporate ethics regulation).
  • Supporting the business to understand, implement, and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Continuing to deliver our acquisition integration plan, ensuring that all colleagues understand their regulatory obligations.

The Junior Compliance Officer will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of high-quality compliance reporting for internal stakeholders and supporting risk assessments and advising internal stakeholders on remediation.
